What you’ll be doing:

• Leading the planning and end‑to‑end delivery of multiple technology projects
• Aligning engineering and business teams on goals, scope, and timelines
• Creating clear project frameworks with defined milestones and success metrics
• Supporting cloud‑native and scalable tech solutions
• Driving automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency
• Ensuring adherence to regulatory, security, and governance standards
• Managing risks, tracking progress, and providing transparent reporting to leadership
• Building strong relationships with external vendors and technology partners

What you’ll bring:

• Proven experience delivering technology projects
• Confident communication skills with both engineering teams and senior stakeholders
• Technical fluency across cloud platforms (AWS or Clearbank Preferred), APIs, and digital systems
• Excellent organisational and prioritisation abilities
• Hands‑on approach
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to bring clarity in fast‑moving environments
• Experience in financial services
• Start‑up/Scale‑up experience
