Salary: £29,754 DOE
Working Hours: 08:00–17:00, Monday to Friday

Job Purpose
The post holder will be primarily responsible for the day-to-day operational delivery of the Customer Service Experience, ensuring exceptional customer interaction in a professional environment, continual service improvement, and development — leaving staff, visitors and members of the public with a positive, professional impression of the site and services. To support and coordinate all FM services ensuring the site(s) are set up and ready for business, enabling the customer to focus on their key objectives.
Duties
Customer & Visitor Liaison
- Deliver excellent and professional customer service
- Be a professional ambassador for EMCOR UK
- Establish good working relationships with customers to be recognised as the trusted go-to person
Administration
- Coordinate and collate management information as required
- Assist with staff queries in person, by email or telephone in a professional manner
- Ensure all tasks are logged with the helpdesk and tracked to completion
- Manage consumables: stock taking, ordering and replenishing to ensure availability
Health and Safety
- Liaise with and assist the team with company H&S policies and procedures
- Be responsible for health & safety in designated areas; address unsafe items/areas promptly
- Maintain a tidy and professional appearance across the floor and collaboration spaces
Audits
- Conduct audits across service lines to maintain workplace standards (cleanliness, maintenance, replenishment)
- Identify process improvements to streamline operations
Teamwork
- Maintain open communication with other service lines for seamless delivery
- Share knowledge within the team; coordinate with FM service teams for consistent standards
- Log tasks with the helpdesk and track through to completion
- Present team updates and manage on-call/on-shift rotas
Supplier Management
- Meet and greet contractors on site and conduct site inductions for new contractors
- Schedule, oversee, and escort external contractors as required
- Coordinate with schedulers and engineers to arrange Preventative Maintenance (PPMs)

Experience and Qualifications
- Experience of working in a corporate or similarly structured environment and communicating effectively at all levels
- GCSEs with passes in English and Maths
- Strong planning, organisational and communication skills with attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and written/spoken communication skills
- Confident, approachable and self-motivated; able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Flexible with a strong sense of teamwork
- Excellent client relationship building skills; able to work within a team or unsupervised when required
- Good Health and Safety knowledge; H&S qualification (IOSH/Nebosh) desirable
- Self-motivated, resourceful and resilient
