Pertemps have partnered with a local College who are looking for an experienced Skills Coach – Plumbing and Heating to join their team. This role involves delivering Apprenticeships and other competency-based qualifications across various settings to meet established performance standards. Key Responsibilities: Facilitate Apprenticeships and competency-based qualifications. Assist in recruitment by ensuring candidates are matched to the appropriate course through comprehensive assessments of prior learning. Conduct regular workplace visits to apprentices, setting SMART targets to help them achieve their programme objectives. Organize and deliver training sessions individually or in groups. Provide constructive feedback to apprentices and employers regarding progress and performance. Requirements: Willingness to travel regularly to visit apprentices at their workplaces. High level of integrity and dedication to matching individuals with the right courses. Proficiency in setting and monitoring SMART targets. Experience in planning and conducting training sessions.
