You will lead the delivery of key Property Management projects, ensuring legal compliance, operational efficiency, and value for money across the council’s property estate. This includes managing procurement, contractor performance, and health & safety.
You’ll drive service improvements and represent the division at senior forums, helping shape policy and ensure high standards across all property-related operations.
A key project will be providing support for Coventry Retail Market, ensuring effective servicing, income generation, and maximisation.

You\’ll have excellent programme management and people management skills, with significant experience working collaboratively across various areas.
You’ll have a proven track record in problem solving, advocating change, and effectively using data to understand needs and target resources to maximise efficiency and effectiveness.
