I am looking for a strategic and entrepreneurial Commercial Property Partner to join a busy and successful commercial property team. This is an exceptional opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking law firm with a strong reputation in the property sector, a commitment to client service, and a clear vision for the future. Key responsibilities: Lead on a range of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leasing, development, and investment transactions Drive growth within the real estate team through client development, networking, and cross-referrals Manage key client relationships and act as a trusted adviser to a diverse client base including developers, investors, occupiers, and institutions Mentor and develop junior lawyers and contribute to the overall leadership of the department Collaborate with colleagues across the firm to offer seamless, multi-disciplinary advice Work closely with the residential team What could make you stand out?
