Financial Controller/Financial Director Designate required for Billericay based high growth wholesale business with an excellent working culture. You will report directly into the CFO and will take ownership for developing and improving Financial Controls and related systems and reporting and will play an active role in driving future growth. Whilst managing and developing a small team your duties and accountabilities will include: Managing the management and financial reporting for the group entities Consolidation of the Management Accounts Cash flow Management Preparation of the annual budget and periodic forecasting Tax related matters Statutory related matters Audit management and liaison with external bodies Project management around process and systems improvements You will be a qualified and technically strong finance leader with good academics, ideally with a practice background and good leadership skills.
