Our instructing client is a well-established international law firm with a strong reputation for providing legal services to a diverse client base, including financial institutions, investment entities, private businesses, public bodies, and individuals. We are currently looking for a motivated Finance Lawyer to join this superb firm. You will be advising clients on a range of complex and high-value transactions across multiple sectors. The work will be broad, including across real estate finance, funds finance and leveraged finance, as well as general high-value secured lending. The ideal candidate will have a strong career background including at least 4 years\’ post-qualification legal experience. We will consider Lawyers from major London and UK national law firms. The firm pays a City-level salary with the tax benefits of working offshore. You will also receive a generous relocation package.
