Business Development Executive – Media & Entertainment (Legal Sector) London (hybrid) Permanent, full-time £35-40k An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Development Executive to join a global law firm’s high-profile Media & Entertainment team. This is not your typical legal BD role. You’ll be part of a collaborative, creative, and forward-thinking group that partners with household names and cutting-edge start-ups across film, television, music, esports, advertising, sports, and more. You\’ll join one of the most dynamic and well-respected media and entertainment legal teams in the world, consistently ranked in top-tier directories. You\’ll be at the heart of the action – while developing your BD career in a supportive and ambitious team. Responsibilities: Support on high-profile global events and sponsorships, from concept to delivery. Collaborate with partners and lawyers to create engaging pitch materials and presentations. Drive visibility by managing social media activity and helping shape the team\’s digital presence. Maintain and update marketing collateral, including team bios, capability statements, and client materials. Coordinate thought leadership campaigns and award submissions to help build profile and recognition. Play a key role in client targeting and CRM initiatives, keeping data fresh and insights actionable. Key Skills: 1–2 years of experience in a marketing or business development role within a professional services environment (legal preferred). Strong writing skills – you know how to translate technical content into compelling copy. A proactive mindset – always looking for opportunities to improve, suggest, and lead. Organisational strength – able to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines. An interest in the entertainment industry and enthusiasm for keeping up with trends and opportunities.
