About the role:

We are delighted to offer an opportunity for a part-time Lecturer in Dietetics to join our academic team. The post holder will contribute to the delivery of our MSc (Pre-registration) Dietetics programme, helping to inspire and educate the next generation of Dietitians.

We are looking for experienced clinician who is looking to develop their skills within an academic role, supported by our team of experienced staff.

This role involves high-quality evidence-based teaching, outstanding student support, robust assessment of theory and practice and other teaching-related duties across the programme.

This post is offered on the Education, Pedagogy and Citizenship (EPC) career pathway.

About you:

  • Are you a registered Dietitian with HCPC?
  • Do you hold a MSc or PhD in a relevant field?
  • Do you have widespread experience in clinical practice and a strong commitment to supporting the development of future dietitians?

Previous experience in academic teaching or assessment is welcome, but it is not essential.

Interviews will take place in September 2025 at the Brooks Building, Birley Campus, M15 6GX.
