We are seeking an E-Commerce Assistant to join our team. This is a full-time, permanent role working 36 hours per week.

Role Responsibilities:
As an Ecommerce Assistant, you will support the Ecommerce Manager in managing the online shop. You will work to maximize revenue by ensuring product pages are appealing, improve customer experience through site navigation, liaise with warehouse teams to address customer inquiries, and assist in creating and briefing creative assets for advertising, email marketing, and website banners.
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience working in retail or a business environment, digitally or physically
- Experience working with third parties, customers, or clients
- Experience in ecommerce within charity, retail, or cultural sectors
- Experience managing digital content and web pages via CMS
- Experience producing website or offline marketing content
