Company A specialist in Motorsport and Aerospace are looking to extend their team and are looking for an experienced CNC cylindrical grinder. Position- Skilled Cylindrical Grinder Under the direction of the supervisor, the Skilled Cylindrical grinder sets up, adjusts, and operates a variety of cylindrical grinding equipment to grind gears and gear shafts having very tight tolerances and finish requirements according to specified dimensions and company quality standards. Skilled Cylindrical Grinder\’s Responsibilities: Minimum 3 years of trades training or equivalent experience and two to four years of related machining experience with cylindrical grinding. Have experience working on sub .005mm tolerance. Work from detailed drawings, process sheets, tooling instructions, and standard charts to identify component/manufacturing specifications. Enter data into ERP system. Must have extensive knowledge of Cylindrical Grinding processes. Able to operate multiple machines and have experience with Jones and Shipman machinery.
