Job Description
Are you an experienced Electrical Tester with a passion for delivering excellence in industrial and manufacturing projects? What You Will Do:
– Safely isolate live electrical circuits in line with current industry regulations.
– Install and test a variety of low-voltage wiring systems and containment.
– Conduct inspections and produce accurate installation and condition reports.
– Energise systems up to 1000V, including new and modified electrical installations.
– Interpret electrical schematics and follow technical drawings.
– Operate within site safety protocols and method statements (RAMS).
What You Will Bring:
– Proven experience in electrical installations and testing on industrial/process plant projects.
– Strong background working as a subcontractor or sole trader in the electrical sector.
– 2391 or 2394/5 Inspection & Testing qualifications.
– NVQ Level 3 and 18th Edition (BS 7671) certification.
– Full UK driving licence, own tools/test equipment, and valid ECS card.
