REVIT / BIM TECHNICIAN

We now have an opportunity for an enthusiastic, qualified Revit / BIM Technician to come and join our Projects Team.

The role

You will be working from one of our offices, either Cambridge, Northampton or Norwich supporting the teams with ISO 19650 compliance, MEPH design processes, BIM clash detection, BIM site verification, cobbie management and electronic document control.

Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Creating and developing 3D modeling on various BIM and CAD software.
  • Assisting the engineers and other construction professionals in designing buildings and infrastructures.
  • Converting 2D drawings and plans into 3D models.
  • Collaborating with project teams to ensure the accuracy of the models.
  • Performing quality control checks on BIM models to ensure compliance with design standards, building codes and specifications.
  • Working on multiple projects simultaneously and prioritizing tasks based on deadlines.
  • Generating digital presentations for clients and stakeholders.
