A well-regarded law firm is seeking a Residential Lawyer or Licensed Conveyancer to join its new Bournemouth office. This is a unique chance to help establish a residential property practice while working closely with an experienced team based in their other offices.

The Residential Lawyer / Licensed Conveyancer will be:
- Growing the residential property team in the new Bournemouth office

Profile
The Residential Lawyer / Licensed Conveyancer should be:
- A solicitor or equivalent with at least 3 years PQE
- Experienced in CQS scheme requirements and SDLT essentials
- Knowledgeable in HTB, leasehold, shared ownership, and probate sales
- Able to manage files independently and prioritise effectively
- A strong communicator with commercial awareness and client care skills
