An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and detail-oriented paralegal to join a leading international law firm's award-winning Real Estate practice. This role offers exposure to high-profile clients and complex transactions across a broad spectrum of real estate matters.

You will provide comprehensive paralegal support to a team of partners and associates working on some of the department's largest and most prestigious clients. The work spans a wide range of areas including:

  • Investment and development
  • Disposals and acquisitions
  • Mergers and joint ventures
  • Leasing and pre-letting
  • Large-scale regeneration and infrastructure projects
  • Energy development and real estate finance/restructuring

Profile

  • Law degree or other undergraduate degree (2:1 or above preferred)
  • Exposure to Real Estate law through academic or professional experience
  • Prior paralegal experience in Real Estate, ideally within a large law firm
  • Familiarity with data room platforms (e.g., HiQ, SharePoint)
  • Experience with standard property searches and Land Registry processes
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
