Set in the heart of Glasgow, Iasg (Scottish Gaelic for \”fish\”) celebrates the best of land and sea, paired with an elegant drinks offering that highlights bold spirits, premium wines, and expertly crafted cocktails. We’re looking for someone who brings flair, energy, and an eye for detail to every pour, shake, and serve.
As a Bartender, we will support you to:

What You’ll Do:
- Create and serve beautiful cocktails, wines, beers, and coffee with precision and style
- Share your drinks knowledge with guests—whether it’s explaining the botanicals in a gin or recommending a perfect wine pairing
- Keep the bar immaculate and well-stocked, prepping fresh ingredients and ensuring every detail is perfect
- Help drive sales through up selling and engaging interactions
- Support your team, have fun, and make sure every guest feels welcomed and wowed

- Financial security – £13.30 per hour(£27,664 per annum FTE), guaranteed hours, paid overtime, a free meal on shift, enhanced sick pay! Plus, Tronc paid monthly if in eligible role.
