Job Description
We're a growing SME looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Data Manager to help us stay on top of our data game. As a key member of our team, you'll make sure our data is accurate, secure, and working hard across the business. If you enjoy creating order, improving systems, and making sure data tells the right story – we'd love to hear from you. We are a dog friendly office too! This is an office based job.The main duties will be :
- Look after and improve our data systems and platforms (like our CRM).
- Develop practical processes and policies for managing our data effectively.
- Oversee how we collect, store, access, and analyse data.
- Keep data accurate, consistent, and easy to find.
- Manage who has access to what and keep sensitive data secure.
- Work closely with different teams to understand their data needs and help deliver solutions.
- Set and maintain data quality standards – and keep everyone on track.
- Team up with IT and analytics folks to support reporting and database performance.
- Spot opportunities to streamline our data processes and make them more efficient.
- Ensure we're meeting data protection rules (like GDPR).
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in a data management or similar role.
- Solid understanding of databases, systems, and CRM platforms.
