Job Description
Finance Manager – PE backed SaaS – Scaleup
Hybrid working model – London
£60/65k
Talentedge are exclusively partnering with a PE backed SaaS business on a newly created role within their finance team, owing to company performance and expansion.
The business is growing through organic as well as additional supplementation through acquisitions. Very strong growth plans.
Key responsibilities:
- Managing the day-to-day finance function.
- Preparing consolidated monthly management accounts with analysis and commentaries.
- Statutory reporting and supporting the external audit.
- Tax work including VAT, PAYE and R&D.
- Continually improving core processes and controls, automating where possible using technology.
- Managing FX.
- Supporting on integration work of newly acquired businesses and future M&A activities.
Profile:
- Qualified accountant with industry experience.
- Technical accounting acumen, with broad finance experience.
