Interim HR Advisor – 12 Months FTC
Location: Sheffield (predominantly site-based)
Full-time
Salary: Up to £38k
Reporting directly to the MD, you will operate in a standalone role, managing the full employee lifecycle from start to finish.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Manage ER casework from start to finish, providing support to operational managers.
- Assist with recruitment processes.
- Support the wider HR team with projects and initiatives.
- Oversee onboarding and leavers processes.
We are looking for:
- Proven HR experience in generalist roles.
- Hands-on experience managing ER casework.
- Experience in construction, manufacturing, or engineering environments.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ideally CIPD qualified.
