Are you an experienced HR Advisor looking for your next opportunity? Ashley Kate is delighted to be partnering with a global business to recruit a HR Advisor for a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave.

Interim HR Advisor – 12 Months FTC

Location: Sheffield (predominantly site-based)

Full-time

Salary: Up to £38k

Reporting directly to the MD, you will operate in a standalone role, managing the full employee lifecycle from start to finish.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Manage ER casework from start to finish, providing support to operational managers.
  • Assist with recruitment processes.
  • Support the wider HR team with projects and initiatives.
  • Oversee onboarding and leavers processes.

We are looking for:

  • Proven HR experience in generalist roles.
  • Hands-on experience managing ER casework.
  • Experience in construction, manufacturing, or engineering environments.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ideally CIPD qualified.
