Job Description

I’m working with a fast-scaling fintech client that’s redefining how cross-border financial services work through an innovative multi-currency platform. They’ve already achieved incredible growth and are now looking for a Lead Product Manager to take ownership of a key product area — shaping strategy, driving delivery, and mentoring a talented product team.

This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on product ownership. You’ll work across the full lifecycle, from discovery through to scaling, partnering with engineering, design, and commercial stakeholders to deliver products that have genuine global impact.

The Role

  • Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for your product area, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle: discovery, prioritisation, delivery, launch, iteration, and scaling.
  • Own key metrics such as adoption, engagement, customer satisfaction, and ROI.
  • Partner with Design to deliver seamless customer experiences and high-quality user journeys.
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering to prioritise effectively and deliver at pace.
  • Drive alignment across Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Customer Support, and other teams.
  • Use data, insights, and market feedback to guide decisions and trade-offs.
  • Ensure your product area integrates effectively within the broader ecosystem.

How You’ll Lead

  • Act as a “player-coach,” balancing direct product ownership with leadership of other Product Managers.
  • Mentor and develop PMs, helping them grow and raise the bar for delivery and impact.
  • Set clear goals and success measures for your team, holding them accountable for outcomes.
  • Champion best practices in product culture, communication, and stakeholder management.
  • Foster an environment of continuous improvement, collaboration, and clarity.

What You’ll Bring

  • 6+ years of product management experience, including ownership of significant digital products or portfolios.
  • At least 3 years’ experience within a regulated environment (e.g. fintech, financial services).
  • Proven track record of launching and scaling successful consumer-facing products.
  • Strong strategic thinking, commercial awareness, and analytical capability.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, able to influence and align diverse stakeholders.
  • A proactive, hands-on mindset with a bias for action and problem-solving.
  • Experience leading and developing PMs in high-growth, fast-moving environments.

The Package

  • Salary: ÂŁ80,000 – ÂŁ120,000
  • Remote (UK only)
  • Join a high-growth, mission-driven fintech building products with global reach

If you’re forward-thinking, entrepreneurial, and ready to join a fast-moving start-up where you’ll shape strategy, solve complex problems, and lead from the front, I’d love to hear from you.
