Our client is seeking a Learning and Development Facilitator to join their team in a permanent part-time position (no remote working).

Learning and Development Facilitator Job summary
- Working within the Learning & Development function you will support by delivering training needs, working with internal and external stakeholders ensuring training requirements are met.
- You will assist the People Development and Talent Partner by booking training courses and updating online records ensuring compliance.
Learning and Development Facilitator Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 GCSE’s (or equivalent) at Grade 4 or above to include English, Mathematics and a technical/science related subject
- Previous Learning and Development experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Good stakeholder management with strong communication skills
- Confidence using in-house systems or readiness to learn (Oracle)
- Excellent organisational skills
- Excellent MS Office knowledge and experience
- Good written and oral communication skills
