Are you looking for a part-time office-based role? Passionate about delivering excellent customer service and making a real impact? Someone who is thrives on being part of a team and succeeding!
We’re looking for a Part-Time Customer Service Agent to join our friendly team in Preston, Lancashire. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping to resolve queries, process orders, and ensure a smooth experience from start to finish. Working hours are Wednesday & Thursday, 12 noon – 5pm and Friday 8.30 am – 2.30pm (16 hours per week).
You’ll play a key role in supporting our customers and internal teams by:
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues with care and efficiency
- Managing order tracking, invoicing, returns, and discrepancies
- Supporting the sales team with quotes, stock queries, and reporting
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Identifying opportunities to improve our processes and customer experience
- Ensuring customer complaints are handled fairly, quickly, and effectively.
- Collaborating with peers and contributing to a positive team environment

- Basic computer skills and a keen eye for detail
