Warehouse Administrator (Progressive Role) Location: Hayes Salary: £28,000 + Fantastic Benefits Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm Are you looking for a warehouse administration role with real career progression? We are delighted to be recruiting for a Warehouse Administrator to join a high-growth FMCG brand in Hayes. This role has been newly created due to expansion, offering an exciting opportunity to make a real impact and develop your career in a thriving business. About the Role: As a Warehouse Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the warehouse, logistics, transport, and customer service teams. You’ll handle stock-related admin, data management, and report generation while also stepping in to assist with hands-on warehouse tasks when needed. If you have a Forklift/Reach Truck licence, that’s a plus—but if not, training may be available! Key Responsibilities: * Support the Warehouse Team Leaders with daily admin tasks to ensure smooth operations. * Verify picking loads against driver paperwork for accuracy. * Monitor and update stock availability, reservations, and load lists. * Organise and prioritise workloads, ensuring efficiency in warehouse operations. * Generate consignment labels using online systems. * Liaise with other departments, customers, and suppliers to ensure seamless operations. * Input data, generate reports, and interpret stock trends to support decision-making. * Assist in warehouse tasks when required, including picking stock. * Ensure compliance with Health & Safety procedures. * Maintain high standards of hygiene and housekeeping within the warehouse. What We’re Looking For: * Experience using warehouse or business operating systems (training will be provided for specific software). * Strong data management and reporting skills with high attention to detail. * Highly organised and proactive, with excellent time management. * Strong team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment. * Problem solver with a 'can-do’ attitude. * Ability to multitask and prioritise workloads effectively. * Manual handling experience preferred but not essential. * Counterbalance and/or Reach Fork Truck licence is a bonus but not required.
