WORKPLACE COORDINATOR Location: Newcastle, NE4 5DE 40 Hours Per Week Permanent Are you eager to make a real difference? As a Workplace Coordinator, you’ll ensure that everything runs smoothly at our client’s site – proactively addressing any issues. Job Description We’re looking for someone with a sharp eye for detail and a proactive mindset with experience of delivering exceptional customer service within a high-end corporate or hotel/hospitality type environment. With a positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile, you’ll thrive in a collaborative team environment. You instinctively know how to communicate with clients—what to say (and just as importantly, what not to say) – antipating their needs & helping to foster a polished, professional atmosphere. Key Responsibilities Welcome colleagues and guests with friendly, professional service Respond promptly and politely to enquiries Complete daily checklists to maintain workspace quality and track performance Assist with room bookings and guest arrivals using existing systems Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the office, meeting rooms, and kitchen Follow client security procedures and manage hospitality with external caterers Act as the first point of contact and ambassador for the ISS brand and values About You Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service – within a Blue Chip Corporate or High End Hotel /Hospitality setting.
