We’re looking for a Learning and Development Advisor to join our HR Team, in this brand-new role. You’ll be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating learning initiatives aligned with business goals. This position supports employee development through innovative, compelling and tailored learning programmes.

In this wide and varied Learning and Development Advisor role, you will:

  • Design and deliver learning interventions including workshops and e-learning modules
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions through performance metrics
  • Maintain and update the Learning Management System (LMS) ensuring content is current and engaging
  • Sourcing and managing relationships with external training providers
  • Support Talent and Development Business Partner in identifying learning and development needs across the business

To be considered for this Learning and Development Advisor role, you will have:

  • Experience in HR/learning & development/training
  • Familiarity with Learning Management System (LMS) and e-learning tools
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Understanding of data and analytics
  • Clear understanding of the full learning cycle
