The Role
Proofpoint’s People Centric Managed Services (PCMS) is looking for an Associate Triage Analyst to support alert triage and operational checks for supported systems. PCMS is responsible for information protection that provides unmatched visibility into data risk by analyzing content, behavior, and threats from a cloud‑native console, stopping data loss while saving time and operational cost.
Your Day To Day
- The Associate Triage Analyst (ATA) will monitor events for Proofpoint\’s PCMS customers and escalating all necessary events to the customers via approved escalation paths.
- Assist with reporting in support of internal teams and our customers.
- Ensure all tasks performed adhere to the company’s ISO 27001 Information Security Management System (ISMS), including participation in annual information and network security training and acceptance of spot checks on an ad hoc basis.
- Assist with monitoring of events for Proofpoint\’s PCMS customers.
- Escalate all necessary events to the clients via approved escalation paths.
- Assist customers and internal teams with metrics and reporting from the security platforms.
- Assist with the improvement of monitoring and alerting for Proofpoint PCMS clients.
Qualifications
- Experience analyzing data from within a large data set and experience in customer service.
- Experience working as part of a larger team.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, as well as the entire Microsoft Office Suite.
