I have an excellent development opportunity for an HR Advisor who is looking to take the next step in their career. This is a 12 month fixed term contract based in North Hertfordshire (4-5 days on site).

They are looking for a Senior HR Advisor to join their high performing team where you will work closely, with managers and employees, providing expert guidance across a wide spectrum of HR matters.

  • Partner with key stakeholders to deliver HR best practices
  • Provide advice for general queries on HR policies and procedures
  • Support and manage Employee Relations including disciplinaries, grievances, performance, sickness etc
  • Support all data and reporting requirements
  • Monitor sickness absence

You will need the following experience:-

  • Strong track record of engaging with Stakeholders
  • Managing Employee Relations
  • Excellent communication and Relationship building skills
  • UK Driving Licence Holder

In return they offer a salary of £40-45k plus very good benefits.
