I have an excellent development opportunity for an HR Advisor who is looking to take the next step in their career. This is a 12 month fixed term contract based in North Hertfordshire (4-5 days on site).
They are looking for a Senior HR Advisor to join their high performing team where you will work closely, with managers and employees, providing expert guidance across a wide spectrum of HR matters.
- Partner with key stakeholders to deliver HR best practices
- Provide advice for general queries on HR policies and procedures
- Support and manage Employee Relations including disciplinaries, grievances, performance, sickness etc
- Support all data and reporting requirements
- Monitor sickness absence
You will need the following experience:-
- Strong track record of engaging with Stakeholders
- Managing Employee Relations
- Excellent communication and Relationship building skills
- UK Driving Licence Holder
In return they offer a salary of £40-45k plus very good benefits.
