We’re hiring a superstar to join our Brand team as our next Marketing Executive. Within this role, you will support role to the Brand & Marcoms team working all campaign print, overseeing the marketing budget, managing ad hoc marketing project, and supporting the Head of Brand Activation to implement Partnership campaign.
This is a pivotal role within the Brand & Marcomms team. It will support the development and implementation of PizzaExpress New Restaurant Opening & Transformation Marketing activity, supporting with delivery and retail and brand. You will manage all marketing activity to support New Openings and Transformations, agreed strategic projects as well as support cross channel marketing activity. Travel within the UK&I is required as part of this remit.
This role is based in our Soho office and the team operate on a hybrid model (around 3 days in the office).
What you’ll be doing:

Support Brand & Marcoms team working on all campaign print liaising with our printer for quote, print code, lead-time, delivery, and communication to restaurants when required.

Develop compelling New Restaurant Openings and Transformation marketing plans, including pre, during and post launch activity, to support achievement of capex targets.

Work cross functionally, including consulting local GMs, TMs and property team to develop a robust understanding of the local market

Ensure MyStore marketing collaterals are kept up-to-date liaising with Brand Managers and printer.

Work on ensuring that the NROT that restaurant profiles are updated or created liaising with property team, NROT marketing manager and printer.

Initiate and lead 6-monthly full restaurant POS review.

Manage stock and storage level (LRM / menu / gift cards …)

Work with internal partners (social media, CRM, PR, website, design …) and external agencies (partners, creative agency, photographer, printer …) to develop and implement marketing plans.

Proactively manage relationships and communication with Ops team to ensure fully engaged and aware in partnership marketing plans.

Participate in post campaign review to evaluate effectiveness of marketing initiatives.

Ensure all Brand Managers are actively keeping the library up to date for all photoshoots including licence rights.

Ensure NDA and contracts are actively used by Brand Managers for all photoshoots and new photograph.

Overseeing Brand & Marcomms budget liaising with B&M team, account & finances

Experience in a restaurant Marketing role within hospitality or similar industry would be advantageous.

Confident communication skills.
