This is an excellent opportunity to work as a HGV Class 1 Drivers for a National Delivery Company who create opportunities where everyone s skills matter. Job Details:
- Job Title: HGV Class 1 Drivers
- Pay:
– Days: £37,503.00 per annum PLUS £2,600 annual delivery bonus
– Pay is fortnightly on set pay days.
– Holiday entitlement is 28 days per year, inclusive of Bank Holidays.
- Minimum pay : 8 hours guaranteed pay
- Start times: 04:00AM – 07:00 AM
- Shift duration : Between 10 – 12 hours per shift
- Shift pattern: Any 5 days out of 6 (Between Monday and Saturday) Weekly rota provided.
- Contract Type: 12 week Temp to Perm
- Location: Livingston, EH54 8AS
Job Description:
- Working on a HGV1 or HGV2 vehicle.
- New automatic vehicles!
- Excellent training and onboarding – all fully paid.
- Delivering to stores in and around West Lothian.
- Cage and pallet deliveries All tail lift deliveries.
- Up to 12 drops per day to stores Average 2 cages per store. Frozen and ambient.
- Complying with health and safety at all times.
- Working as a HGV Class 1 Drivers, playing a key role to ensure a smooth and efficiently run operation. Completing regular vehicle checks.
Requirements
- You must have your own transport to get to site.
- Minimum of 12 months experience as a HGV Delivery Driver preferred.
- Must have a valid UK CPC and Tacho Card
- Must have strong communication skills verbal and written.
- Driving licence must not exceed 6 points (no TT, DD, CD, IN10, MS50, UT50 or DR1)
