Group Finance Manager | London based | PE backed Technology | Salary £90,000 + bonus I am currently partnering with a PE backed company who are looking for a Group Finance Manager to come and join the team. This is a role which is replacing someone who moved internally due to natural progression. My client is excellent for giving internal moves and progression as they always look to grow people internally. For this role your responsibilities will include the following; Lead the interim and year-end statutory audits as primary contact for the auditors to ensure a clean audit report with minimal errors and management letter points. Monitor the external reporting requirements such as statutory filings, office of national statistics returns etc. to ensure all deadlines are met across the Group through the central compliance tracker. Develop a monthly feedback loop for country teams and Group stakeholders on progress of policy implementation, risks etc. Develop and embed strong Financial control/accounting policies across the group. Partner with local FC\’s, build a good rapport with them and identify ways for Group Finance to add value to local teams. Manage a direct report and help them to continue growing and developing. Ad-hoc project work on specific technical/ controls issues as required including internal audit and finance transformation. What you will bring; ACA ideally from a Top 10 practice. Strong degree and a track record of first-time passes in professional exams. You are comfortable with ambiguity, high growth, and the reporting rigour required by Private Equity investors. Have a strong understanding of IFRS and strong technical accounting knowledge. Experience from working in a Group function or with a Group environment from audit. You will need to be collaborative with a continuous improvement mindset. Strong communication both written and verbal For this role you will have ideally 3 years PQE experience and have come from either a practice background achieving your ACA or similar or currently work in a large and or listed company. You will need to go into the office 3 days per week which is in central London and comfortable working across the wider business. Salary for the role is up to £90,000 on the base + bonus and benefits. This is a growing team and one where you can make a real impact.
