Static AC Engineer – FM Service Provider – Southeast London – up to £45,000 \\n\\nAre you a Static AC Engineer looking for a new challenge? \\n\\nWould you like to work for a leading Facilities Maintenance provider?\\n\\nAn exciting opportunity to join an established FM service provider working in a large Commercial site in Southeast London has arisen. \\n\\nGH Engage are currently recruiting a Static AC Engineer to work in a Large Commercial Building in Southeastl London.
The ideal candidate would live in commuting distance to Southeast London.\\n\\nThe successful candidate will be carrying out maintenance and reactive tasks on site, Monday to Friday 8am-5pm.\\n\\nThe successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in commercial maintenance.\\n\\nThis position would be ideal for a AC Engineer currently in a similar position who is keen on training and a new opportunity. The successful candidate will have experience within HVAC + Air conditioning systems. In return the company are offering a salary up to £45,000 with overtime, training and development.\\n\\nThis role would also require a clean DBS check.\\n\\nKey Duties & Responsibilities: \\n\\nPPM's and Reactive works\\nHVAC Maintenance\\nAHU's, FCU's and Chillers\\nUpdate contract managers with relevant client or site information\\nUpdating site log books\\nProvide further works reports where required \\nCompleting all works to a high standard Required Skills: \\n\\nAC and Refrigeration Level 2 or Level 3 NVQ\\nF-GAS Qualification is Essential \\nWorking experience in a HVAC or Building Services environment \\nOther preferable skills: Mechanical, basic electrical and basic plumbing.\\nProviding technical support to administration staff as required.
