Job Description
Our client, a global leader in the industry, is seeking a talented Corporate Legal Secretary/PA to join their growing team.
Salary: up to £55,000 depending on experience
Hybrid: 3 days in the office, 2 from home
Location: City of London

As a Legal Secretary/PA, you will play a pivotal role in supporting 2-3 partners, one of which is new to the firm and contribute to the continued success of the Corporate M&A/Private Equity team.
Duties include:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support; diary management, document preparation and travel arranging
- Assist in the preparation and filing of legal documents, such as contracts, agreements and other corporate materials
- Coordinate meetings, conference calls and managing schedules to ensure efficiency
- Maintain organised electronic and physical filing systems
- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues and external contacts reflecting the firms professional standards
- Conduct legal research and gather information to assist attorneys
- Demonstrate a high level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
