Overview
We are recruiting a Client Service Advoate to join our UK team in Ipswich.
As a Client Service Advocate, you will work across a diverse client portfolio, acting as the key point of contact for clients and ensuring their needs are met with excellence. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing client accounts and coordinating post-placement services across multiple classes of business.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, reinsurers, brokers, and internal stakeholders.
- Delivering exceptional customer service by understanding client requirements and ensuring expectations are met.
- Supporting placement, premium billing, claims, and pro-rata processing functions.
How you\âll make an impact
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, brokers, reinsurers, and internal teams for assigned accounts.
- Provide clear, accurate, and timely information, including management information (MI), to stakeholders.
- Understand clientsâ businesses and reinsurance programmes, collaborating with brokers to meet specific needs.
- Monitor programme performance, address anomalies, and escalate concerns as needed.
- Coordinate and resolve queries effectively, while managing key financial metrics for client updates.
- Work closely with broking teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
- Travel as required to attend client, reinsurer, or internal meetings, ensuring follow-up actions are completed.
About You
- Has a strong understanding of reinsurance business, servicing functions, and multiple classes of business.
- Excels in building relationships and delivering exceptional client service.
- Is detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Demonstrates compliance with legal, regulatory, and organisational policies and best practices.
