We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team at Mere Lodge, providing exceptional care to individuals with mental health conditions, learning disabilities, and challenging behavior. Your role will be crucial in helping our residents lead fulfilling lives and achieve their personal goals.

What you’ll be Doing

  • Assisting in daily activities such as hands on personal care & household tasks
  • Maintain accurate records and follow care guidelines.
  • Providing emotional and practical support to promote independence and well-being.
  • Encourage social interaction in the Community and engagement in activities.
  • Work closely with families and healthcare professionals to ensure tailored support plans.

  • Experience working with Mental Health , Learning Disabilities and Challenging behaviour
  • Qualifications such as Care Certificate or NVQ Level 2 In Health & Social Care.
