Post-Completions Paralegal
Up to £30,000 DOE
London (W1U) and Hybrid Working
A well-regarded Central London firm is looking for an experienced Post-Completions Paralegal to join their residential conveyancing team. This role offers the chance to focus on post-completion work or progress into a broader paralegal position.
You will handle SDLT forms and payments, Land Registry applications, liaise with fee earners, obtain NHBC certificates, draft lender letters, and support the conveyancing team with administrative tasks.
The ideal candidate has post-completion experience, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication and organisational skills. Hybrid working is available after training, typically two days WFH per week. A higher salary may be offered for extensive experience.
