Job Description

We are looking for a Service Delivery Analyst to sit within our E-Commerce IT Team based in London. You will be reporting into the Ecommerce Product Manager and will work closely with stakeholders across UNIQLO Europe to support the daily operation of a brand new e-Commerce platform and resolve the problems with platform product managers.

This is a great opportunity for a natural problem solver and experienced IT and Ecommerce Business Analyst to combine your skills to ensure our customers have the best e-Commerce and omni-channel shopping experience in the world.

What you will be responsible for:

  • Completing technical administration and maintenance of the back-end, front-end and product maintenance making sure the platform is operating well across all business functions including on-site experience, order fulfillment, payment processing and digital marketing.

  • Conducting the enhancement initiatives on the new e-Commerce platform and preparing the business units for change.

  • Maintaining the centralized documentation repository and supporting the e-Commerce Product Manager to create product specifications, business cases, release notes and progress reports.

  • Keeping abreast of all upcoming software updates, launches.

  • Leading implementation of mechanisms to monitor, manage and provide progress on all delivery activities.

  • Creating, implementation and maintenance of a continuous improvement plan for deliveries and services.

  • Preparing the sales events on the platform and monitor its traffic spike and adjust the configuration when necessary.

  • Collaborating with user experience specialists, digital designers, copywriters, merchandisers – and many more – to shape new experiences and improve existing ones.

  • Escalating problems and errors to 3rd line support or external partners and acting as a problem owner to deliver resolution.

Skills and Experience:

  • 4+ years working within a Retail digital/ecommerce team servicing on a Global scale.

  • 4+ years working within a service delivery and/ or technical role.

  • Experience analyzing business requirements and creating epics/user stories.

  • Experience working with technical development Teams.

  • Experience working with Product Owner/Managers, Business/Technical Analyst and Agile.

  • Experience working with external partners and/ or third-party vendors.

  • Experience working with the PSP platform is a plus.

  • Understanding of technologies such as HTML, AWS and microservices.

  • Excellent knowledge of software such as Microsoft Office Suite, Miro, Jira and Confluence.

  • Excellent knowledge of digital tools such as CRM, CMS, Analytics and Optimisation tools.

  • Understanding of European business and its local EC related service deliveries (e.g. delivery carriers)

  • Understanding of business to technology mapping.

  • Strong experience and understanding of IT technologies.

  • Strong motivation of learning the latest technologies and seek of the best practice of the market

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
