About the Role
As an Account Manager, you’ll take ownership of a portfolio of high-value homes and be responsible for maximising profitability, occupancy, and client satisfaction. You’ll nurture existing hosts, onboard new ones, and work closely with the firm\’s Property Management team to ensure homes perform at their best. Your success will directly contribute to the growth of the firm\’s revenue and client base.
Key Responsibilities
- Grow revenue and client base through proactive account management and strategic upselling.
- Analyse performance data to improve home profitability and increase booking rates.
- Build lasting relationships with hosts, ensuring excellent service and retention.
- Conduct regular portfolio reviews to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues swiftly and maintain high property standards.
About You
- Confident communicator with strong written and spoken English.
- Experience or passion for property, hospitality, travel, or interior design.
- Background in Account Management or sales preferred.
- Commercially minded, proactive, and comfortable working autonomously.
- CRM experience (HubSpot a plus) and adaptable to evolving systems and processes.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn and grow.
