Manchester (Hybrid – 1 Day/Week in Office)

Are you a graduate or junior developer ready to kick-start your tech career? Looking for a genuinely supportive company that offers real-world experience, training, and the chance to grow into a full development role?
We're working with a highly respected software company based in Manchester that builds bespoke systems for some of the UK's top e-commerce and logistics businesses. Their flagship platform is used by major retailers to automate and streamline order fulfilment.
They’re now looking for a new developer to join their close-knit tech team, supporting internal systems, fixing bugs, and learning the ropes in a live production environment. You’ll work closely with experienced engineers and get exposure to a wide variety of tech including C#, MVC, WinForms, and React.
This is a fantastic first or second role for someone who’s studied programming and wants to build real hands-on experience with a company that values logical thinking and initiative.
The Role
- Support: investigate and resolve bugs
