Senior Practice Manager

An established and progressive London law firm is looking to appoint an experienced and commercially driven Senior Practice Manager to take the lead on all operational and strategic business functions. Based in SW11 with flexible hybrid working, this high-impact leadership role reports directly to the equity partners and is pivotal to ensuring the firm runs smoothly, efficiently, and continues to grow.

This hands-on role covers the full remit of practice operations, including finance, HR, compliance, facilities, and risk. Acting as the bridge between fee-earners and support teams, you’ll help drive performance, improve internal processes, and support long-term strategic goals.
