Are you an experienced legal professional with a strong background in corporate and commercial law? Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team of professionals in a fast-paced environment?We are seeking a Corporate Solicitor to join a leading law firm in Kent. They pride themselves on their strong integrity and service values and provide fantastic development and progression opportunities with a fun and friendly team.If you are looking for a challenging and rewarding career in the legal profession, and have a passion for corporate law, then this may be the perfect fit for you!The Corporate Solicitor role will be working alongside the employment and commercial property teams. It will cover both Corporate and Commercial law and a wide range of small to medium size clients. Responsibilities will involve (but not be limited to):
- Commercial Agreements
- IP
- Supply Agreements
- GDPR
- Mergers and Acquisitions
- Shareholder agreements
