CNC Miller – Night Shift Permanent Role | Rochdale£24.16 per hour + Excellent Overtime Rates & Benefits
Are you an experienced CNC Miller looking for a stable, well-paid night shift role in a forward-thinking manufacturing environment? Our prestigious client in Rochdale is expanding their team and seeking a skilled CNC Miller to work nights, with access to excellent overtime rates and long-term career potential.
CNC Miller Shift Details
- Night Shift: Monday to Friday, 22:00 – 06:15
- 37 hours per week
- Overtime opportunities include:
- Monday to Friday: paid at 1.33x
- Saturday: paid at 1.5x
- Sunday: paid at 2.0x
- Additional: 1.5x overtime paid when 10+ hours are worked between Monday and Saturday
CNC Miller Key Responsibilities
- Operate and set CNC milling machines to manufacture precision components
- Work to tight tolerances using Fanuc and Heidenhain controls
- Read, interpret, and work from engineering drawings
- Amend or write CNC programs as required
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment in line with company standards
- Support and train colleagues, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement
CNC Miller Essential Skills & Experience
- NVQ Level 3 or formal apprenticeship in Mechanical Engineering
