Job Description
This fast-growing private equity–backed business that has more than doubled its turnover in the past year, with ambitions to continue this growth path for the next few years are seeking a new accountant to join their team.This newly created role offers the chance to shape responsibilities around your strengths while providing genuine career progression in a dynamic, acquisitive environment. Reporting into senior finance leadership, you’ll partner with business function heads to deliver insightful analysis, month end reporting, and input into driving profitabilityKey Responsibilities:
- Lead annual budgeting and short-term forecasting cycles
- Deliver management information, KPI reporting and board pack insights
- Analyse margins by income stream, identifying opportunities for improvement
- Oversee overhead cost management against budget
- Support system migration and finance integration of acquisitions
- Contribute to annual audit and investor reporting
About You:
- Qualified or part-qualified accountant with strong commercial acumen
- Excellent analytical skills, with experience in recurring revenue/ deferred income
- Confident communicator with the ability to engage non-finance stakeholders
