Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Clinical Services Manager to join our team at a 30-bedded Elizabeth House hospital specialising in acute mental illness. This role is crucial in ensuring the delivery of high-quality clinical care and support to our residents. If you have strong leadership skills and a passion for mental health care, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll be Doing

  • Oversee and manage clinical services within the facility
  • Work alongside the Registered Manager
  • Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and standards
  • Lead and support the clinical team to deliver exceptional care
  • Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided

What You’ll Need

  • Registered Nurse NMC Pin or relevant clinical qualification
