A leading provider of digital dental laboratory services and advanced guided surgery solutions is seeking a Business Development Manager to join their growing commercial team. This role presents an exciting opportunity for an experienced dental or medical sales professional to join an innovation-led organisation at the forefront of digital workflows and implant dentistry.
The Role
As Business Development Manager, you will take the lead on engaging new clients and growing existing accounts across the UK. You will work closely with clinicians, labs, and dental teams—offering cutting-edge solutions that enhance patient outcomes and streamline surgical and restorative workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities across dental clinics and laboratories
- Convert inbound and self-sourced leads into long-term client relationships
- Upsell and cross-sell across the full product and service portfolio
- Attend guided surgeries and provide in-practice support to clinicians
- Deliver training and technical support (virtually and on-site) to ensure clinical success
- Report on KPIs, sales performance, and pipeline development
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and professional events
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven success in dental or medical sales (lab product experience a bonus)
- Excellent relationship-building and consultative selling skills
- Clinical understanding of dental procedures and digital workflows
- Ability to provide real-time technical support during surgical appointments
- Strong organisational and territory management skills
- Confident presenting and training clinicians on advanced products and techniques
- Comfortable working in a high-travel field-based role with occasional overnight stays
- Clean UK driving licence required
