M&A Programme Director

Our client is embarking on a major growth initiative, acquiring multiple businesses into their parent company over the coming months. We are seeking an experienced M&A Programme Director to lead and coordinate post-acquisition integration across multiple entities.
This is a strategic and hands-on role, working closely with the CFO and CEO to drive value capture, align cross-functional teams, and ensure business continuity during complex transitions.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage end-to-end post-acquisition integration programmes across multiple business units.

Partner with Finance, Legal, HR, IT, and Operations to align workstreams and deliver a unified integration strategy.

Establish governance frameworks, reporting structures, and risk management processes to ensure smooth transition.

Oversee Transitional Service Agreements (TSAs), with particular focus on IT, infrastructure, and operational dependencies.

Support due diligence activities and ensure effective handover into business-as-usual operations.

Balance high-level strategic planning with hands-on delivery to ensure milestones and value creation targets are met.
