Southern Hill Hospital is a 36-bedded facility specializing in acute mental health care. We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Physical Health Lead to join our team!
What You’ll be Doing
- Develop and implement physical health care plans for patients.
- Conduct regular physical health assessments and monitor patients' health conditions.
- Collaborate with mental health professionals to provide integrated care.
- Educate patients and their families about physical health management.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
- Provide training and support to staff on physical health care practices.
- Address and manage any physical health emergencies or concerns.
What You’ll Need
- Adult Trained Nurse registed with NMC with valid PIN
- Minimum of 2+ years as working in a hospital setting, preferably in mental health.
- Strong clinical and assessment skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Knowledge of CQC Regulations and Safeguarding protocols
