Job Title: Customer Service – End of Contracts

Location: Slough

Salary: £29,000

Length of Booking: On-going, week to week (expected at least 12 months)

Are you good with customers? Can you explain things clearly and concisely? Have you supported vulnerable customers on the phone?

This is an interesting and varied role, working in End of Contracts for our prestigious client, based in lovely offices on the Trading Estate. The role involves talking to customers about the end of their loan/lease – you will be discussing return of lease vehicles, those on a PCP agreement – you will liaise with the customer, explaining the options whether that is buying the vehicle, trading it in for a new vehicle or returning the vehicle.

If you have excellent customer service skills, are quick thinking and enjoy working with customers in a professional and supportive environment, then this may be the role for you.
