Repairs Scheduler
Garston, Liverpool
£26,208 per annum
Hours of Work: 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday
Contract Type: Permanent

As the Repairs Scheduler, you will be responsible for delivering a high quality, professional service to our customers relating to our repairs and compliance works. You will effectively manage operative diaries and be responsible for dealing with complex customer enquiries by phone, email, or web resolving where possible.
What skills and experience will you have?
You will have a good standard of general education including Maths and English (grace C/4 or above), and you’ll have experience of working within a Contact Centre environment, scheduling and allocating repair work to maximise efficiency. You’ll have strong knowledge of social housing, repairs and maintenance, and have excellent customer service and communication skills.
