Our client, a growing wealth management and corporate benefits firm, is looking for a Client Support professional to join their Bristol based team.
About the role:
- Assist with the set-up and ongoing administration of Group Risk and Healthcare schemes
- Handle client and provider queries efficiently and professionally
- Ensure service levels and compliance requirements are consistently met
- Administer schemes including Private Medical Insurance, Dental, and Wellness programs
- Support renewals, claims, and provider communications
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders
About you:
- Experience in corporate benefits administration, particularly Group Risk and Healthcare
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and database systems
