Program Management Office (PMO) Analyst
Hybrid Working – work from their Cardiff office, 3-4 days a week, rest from home.
£30,000 – £35,000
We are seeking a PMO Analyst to join a digital transformation consultancy.
About the Role
The PMO Analyst will work closely with programme leaders to provide essential delivery support, helping maintain structure, oversight, and compliance across technology transformation programmes.
Key areas of responsibility include:
- Monitoring project budgets, spend tracking, and financial reporting
- Supporting planning and scheduling activities using enterprise-grade tools
- Administering change control processes and documentation
- Managing RAID (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies) logs and related workflows
- Supporting compliance across project governance and delivery standards
- Overseeing onboarding/offboarding and resource planning across teams
What We're Looking For
- Prior experience in a PMO or project support role within IT, digital, or transformation programmes
- Strong proficiency with project planning tools, especially Microsoft Project (mandatory)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Sound understanding of project lifecycles (knowledge of Agile methodologies is a plus)
- A proactive mindset with a strong interest in personal development (P3O certification desirable)
- Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and provide support across varied workstreams
- Experience of the RAID log and management process
